because otherwise newly installed unitys are not marked green in the updates list (until go to unitys tab and click refresh)
as in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7641791/javascript-library-for-human-friendly-relative-date-formatting
maybe it got cleared after reboot?
missed clicking refresh, and download older version (than what was already available), since launcher had been running several days.
(in unity tab) so that no need to do it from unity hub, or from explorer
because sometimes list is not up to date (when revert project version file from git, or other reasons)
since new item is added to top, current index should be +1? (or better if it gets refreshed somehow) - select row - add new project - click explore -...
instead of having to search .4. (which returns old 5.x versions)
jumps to updates list, with next unity version selected
