if you want to replace script templates, need to do that for every new installation manually.. could add button to replace with your own file set.
url has changed again // broken https://unity3d.com/unity/whatsnew/unity-2018.2.20 // should be https://unity3d.com/unity/whats-new/2018.2.20 // also 2018.3 still has unity- https://unity3d.com/unity/whats-new/unity-2018.3.0
should be easy, if its specified in some projectsettings file. But, high resolution images would be too much.. maybe there is resized icon somewhere in library? 
because needs uninstaller.exe for that, regular exe doesn't have proper version string.. unity.exe (bad)  uninstall.exe (good) 
maybe because of checking from multiple files?
from project list - select row - click F2 to edit command line arguments - press enter to set value - it now selects next row..
