Another thing I am not sure why it is in TTK is `tmserver`. It doesn't seem to be used in any other Translate project and it kinda overlaps with amaGama....
If it were up to me I would spun `tmserver` out to a separate project.
Then lets keep it in TTK for now.
Only did a shallow review as I plan not to land this before 2.0.0 final release (merging this might introduce instability when we are just trying to stabilize to release...

The fix for this has been landed. But will keep this open because the test is necessary.
Can you please add tests to ensure this works? I guess you don't need `qph2po`, is it?
@claudep Sorry for the delay. Yes, tests need to pass, so adjust what needs adjusting in separate commits in this PR so we can review those changes separately.
