Sure, I'm taking a look now. There's definitely something funky going on given it doesn't seem that Go templates for `{{.Manifest` are respected and includes [duplicate logic](https://github.com/docker/buildx/blob/687feca9e8dcd1534ac4c026bc4db5a49de0dd6e/util/imagetools/printers.go#L132).
