通过ankiweb而不是ankiconnect制作同步卡片

@crimx 想再提一下这个需求，配合 [anki-sync-server](https://github.com/ankicommunity/anki-sync-server) 可以方便地不开本地 anki 就同步。这样 Android 上用 kiwi browser 就也可以直接 anki 制词了。我想在 Android 上浏览器中划词查询并且同步到 anki 不知道现在有没有啥好的方法？
