Am I looking at this correctly? 
The [Database](https://github.com/twizmwazin/CardinalPGM/blob/master/src/main/java/in/twizmwaz/cardinal/Database.java) provided should really be off by default, and toggleable. That _or_ other database options should be provided, by using an interface with many subclasses for different Database types....

permission cardinal.match.\* should allow you to cycle ,start ,etc, and cardinal.whitelist.\* should allow you to on, off, kick, add, etc etc
When you break blocks on some maps (which is available to break on it) dosen't re-appear [Cardinal Version](https://github.com/twizmwazin/CardinalPGM/commit/2a4772c701447286848ef0559355d1614ee4974e)
The problem is that in the es.xml are created the messages but in the code of the different events, are not implemented. Like you can see it is writed here...
