Part of the problem is that our GitHub tests no longer catch the appropriate errors for MyST. The build is using MyST build so perhaps this is the wrong way...
We converted back to v1 however @agoose77 will be checking out the problem in this issue in the near future. Linking this issue to #127 also as that would help...
