Make example code in package API reference readable

Running `pnpm format` on jazz root directory shows lots of formatting issues. Add this to CI so we don't commit code with formatting issues

This makes it easier for me style UI for light and dark mode

The semi transparent look is not readable

The problem with the current styling is the misalignment (see red lines) We can do something like this instead:
