I just experienced this issue as well. It happened on iOS 15.1 Safari. 1. started a call without headphones 2. switched to my headphones (airpods 2) with the current call...

@icfantv ~~I just tried throwing an inline datepicker wrapped in form tags into the plunker linked in #5444 and I was not able to reproduce the issue in this plunker....

**notes on the bug:** _tested on source versions: angular 1.4.9 + angular-animate 1.4.9 + UI-Bootstrap 1.1.2 + Bootstrap 3.3.6_ 1. on iOS 9 safari it occurs with **_ANY_** inline datepicker...
