Note: Looks like MEFISTO has been removed as of Salome Platform 9.10 https://files.salome-platform.org/Salome/Salome9.10.0/SALOME_9_10_0_Release_Notes.pdf I suppose that means need to update patches, tests, etc. when moving up past version 9.9
