CMake fixes for linux distros.

  • Use GNUInstallDirs to automatically set the correct install location on *nix systems.
  • Fix exported targets install location on *nix systems.

@hobbes1069 any ideas on why this is breaking the builds?

I haven't had a chance to debug. I'm on vacation this week but will take a look when I get back. Hopefuly something simple.
