feature request: fill taskbar when there is a group

in windows 11 (idk about windows 10) there are groups and i don't like the gaps in the taskbar when you have a group showing

I have tried it opening from Microsoft Store and Running it as admin but It is not responding. Earlier it was inside the hidden icons but it's unavailable there now.

Make Windows 11 taskbar behave like macOS dock.

Is it possible to make the taskbar float above the fully maximized windows. Always shown but floating over it.  Like in the above image.
