@ivanoats Are you still experiencing this problem? The 0.3.2 release should have fixed root directory issues.
You can see some log messages in Console.app or ~/Library/Application Support/CrashReporter. Look for com.topfunky.PeepOpen.
Oh, and what version of MacVim are you using? I'll try this with the latest stable version unless you're using a different version.
We recommend using MacVim 55 or better. Many bugs were fixed specifically for PeepOpen users. MacVim-snapshot-56.tbz
What files are not being shown? We optimized file loading in PeepOpen 0.3.4 so it should work better on the "All" files setting in preferences.
Try opening PeepOpen preferences and selecting an Editor in the Editor tab. Is anything listed?
For debugging, could you send the preferences from ~/Library/Preferences/com.topfunky.PeepOpen.plist to [email protected] I've had this happen sporadically, but haven't been able to recreate a situation where it happens every time.
This is part of the default pattern of ignoring the ".git" directory. I'd like to implement something better like what the Vim Command-T plugin uses where it doesn't list dotfiles...
