Unfortunately custom devices in the new SmartThings app is very limited an most don't work yet.
This is an easy fix. It tells you right in the notification. The permissions on the nest dev product are not set correctly. Please follow the installation instructions very carefully.
It’s in the nest developer permissions under https://developers.nest.com Specifically making sure the permissions match those in the documentation

It's not that SmartThings only reports in 5% increments it's actually the Nest API that returns that value. Smartthings i believe would accept a humidity value 11.3% if the value...
Try opening the manager SmartApp and pressing done
Did you follow the very detailed instructions on the Wiki?
Unfortunately, each camera needs its stream to be shared publically to work
@etchoi Sometimes you need to kill the SmartThings app and reopen to get it to load the video
