I have a fresh installation of Python 2.7.14 just minutes ago, and Python 3.6.4 w/ a few packages, numpy, mkl, etc.

@taichu012 Your method fixes the issue. Don't go in and modify SOURCES.txt, yours is way more convenient.

Agreed - tried this on a monocular setup with a RPi camera and this line allowed the system to initialize.
