Of course bumping to 1.2.4 undid that local hack and it failed again this week :-(

This is because, depending on the direction, either [previous_page?](https://github.com/xing/rails_cursor_pagination/blob/2b30d11ad7d0c879d1f758007504b006d93019dd/lib/rails_cursor_pagination/paginator.rb#L223) or [next_page?](https://github.com/xing/rails_cursor_pagination/blob/2b30d11ad7d0c879d1f758007504b006d93019dd/lib/rails_cursor_pagination/paginator.rb#L243) will wind up querying the total even though it has been disable in the results.
