Not sure, kinda drowning in exams right now. But feel free to try it - if anything, it's more stable than master!

Define a plugin packaging and installation strategy

I believe that installation probably doesn't need frontend, at least for now. On the whole I'm happy to differentiate "admin tasks" such as import/export, installing/removing plugins, etc. as taking place...
