Whilst #74 updates the authentication layer to use `hashicorp.go-azure-sdk`, it doesn't enable Request/Response logging - but we should add that. It appears that Metadata (Tags) can now be case-insensitive, as such when #68 is completed we should be able to support this (by removing the canonicalisation)
