fails to install CocoaPods deps

Simply run `pod repo update` before creating the react-native app. Cocoapods holds a list of all pods locally. By executing the command above you refresh that list. works for me....

Replaced ping setInterval integration with webworker

Thanks for the review. Again, i fixed some minor issues. Tests should be running now.

Same here. Build failed with Could not HEAD 'https://www.jitpack.io/org/jitsi/react/jitsi-meet-sdk/5.1.0/jitsi-meet-sdk-5.1.0.pom'. Received status code 401 from server: Unauthorized "react": "18.1.0", "react-native": "0.70.6", "react-native-jitsi-meet": "^2.3.1"
