I confirm that. Wind point has no effect on wind direction, it is affected by thrust_point coordinates.

If you build it yourself make sure you link static for windows. Else as dralog sated it is a missing library but very hard to say which one. Try looking...

curl compilation failed during build_deps execution. Go to libacfutils/curl folder and execute build_curl_deps script. It will most probably fail again, but at least you'll be able to see the error...
