Add an option to decide whether to disconnect from the network connection when switch the hosts

一般来说断开网络连接并没多大问题，当然对于websocket这种长连接就有问题了。但是如果切换hosts不断开网络连接的话，页面刷新后可能还是展示切换前服务器ip返回的内容。你能接受这种结果吗？
