Add an option to decide whether to disconnect from the network connection when switch the hosts

sometimes we do not want to disconnect the network connection when switch the hosts. thanks.

一般来说断开网络连接并没多大问题，当然对于websocket这种长连接就有问题了。但是如果切换hosts不断开网络连接的话，页面刷新后可能还是展示切换前服务器ip返回的内容。你能接受这种结果吗？

某些情况下不想断开网络连接。图形界面上弄个选项交给用户选择比较好，默认设置为断开网络连接即可~
