FWIW still failing with that stack trace suppression issue

I haven't fully tracked it down but I _think_ something in `core/src/main/resources/lib/form/hetero-list.jelly` Reverting just that I was able to get a passing build but I'm not able to right now...

not needed afaik its been discussed and agreed before from what I remember, the maintainer of the RHEL images said ubi9 should be used for new ones.

What about pulling the image and then building the image? Should be a no-op in most cases?
