what do you mean by content added on its own? Like copying from a pc through a cable and not using any app for it?

Dont you have a lot of folders shown directly at the internal storage?
it shouldnt be possible to copy a folder into itself, please tell the exact steps for reproduction
why dont you fix it? ;)
what app and OS version are you using? Is the file on an SD card or internal storage?
try upgrading to 6.12.0
well I can mark it as a feature request, but dont expect it anytime soon :) I just dont like that behaviour.
