Can't read text files in /Android/data

Hi,

I can't open text files (e.g. logs from apps) stored in /Android/data. When I open it with Simple File Manager's built-in text editor, I get a blank page and toast "An unknown error occurred". However, when I open it via another file manager (but even invoking Simple File Manager's text editor from intent), I can see its content.

I am using version 6.11.4, Android 11 and internal storage. The device doesn't matter because it is also reproducible in an emulator.
