This was done a bit too fast actually ! We are facing [this problem](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54117786/add-numpy-get-include-argument-to-setuptools-without-preinstalled-numpy) where `numpy` is now needed for the setup, but is not installed in a clean environment....
