The microphone feature depends on having a voice to text provider which is not bundled with GrapheneOS. I don't know what the QR scanner feature requires.
We may have identified a fix for this for this upstream Android 15 issue.

I think it refers to the layer acceleration.
Did you try granting the Nearby Devices permission? That's going to be required. Location may not be, unsure.
Sandboxed Google Play, not settings.
You may be able to let it work when Bluetooth is off with Bluetooth scanning toggle in Location settings. We haven't tested this and don't know how well it's going...
