@thatSFguy Did you try enabling JIT compilation and third party cookies for it? It might also involve a hidden redirect where it requires them for another domain.
Turn off developer options as a starting point.

@cruatta If the issue was the battery not supplying enough power near low capacity, that's a hardware issue, and that's what it sounds like.
@pazupa No, you're drawing an incorrect conclusion. The symptom you're describing is a hardware failure and has nothing to do with the update not being installed correctly.
