jenkinsapi.custom_exceptions.UnknownJob in 0.3.11

We had the same problem when using 0.3.11 version of jenkinsapi. Reverting to 0.3.9 removed the problem. Right now we had to fix the version of jenkinsapi to 0.3.9.
