I’d be surprised if there wasn’t some way to get it using the cell-based API, although perhaps this library will need some modification to do so. I’m not surprised though...

Should be very doable. Can you give more info about what you'd expect that api to look like

Please don't couple this kind of support too closely to webpack if possible. Other build tools are starting to gain some traction again. For example I'd love to have it...
