Support for batchGet API

Hi, is there going to be support for batchGet?

We need that because we have 200+ worksheets to grab from, and google is triggering its API rate limit errors. BatchGet supports grid ranges which would tremendously help to reduce our API calls.

It would be really helpful to have that, cheers!

Should be very doable. Can you give more info about what you'd expect that api to look like

@theoephraim Thanks for considering this, however, it's been a while and I no longer remember the details of my now-abandoned project.

But I think it'll still be a good addition to have for the library. I guess a 1:1 match with the query and path parameters is a good start.
