Mod won't load; mod.txt missing?

I downloaded the latest release ([v0.291](https://github.com/zenyr/PocoHud3/releases/tag/0.291)) and extracted the archive contents into `steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\mods\PocoHud3`. In the log file of BLT I get the error that `mod.txt` is missing in PocoHud3....
