K3D fails in JupyterLab with jupyterlab_widgets=3?

Pinning `ipywidgets==7.7.1 jupyterlab-widgets==1.1` also worked for me

Allow hook to inspect leader key sequence as it grows, and provide example code to exit the leader mode early if a prefix is matched
