I was getting this myself, only fix is to update google play services but then carstream will not work anymore =/

What tuvanhnx said, just uninstall android auto and install android auto v2.9 and reinstall carstream. Works after that

Use net guard and set it to block google play services on data network and Wi-Fi network. There should be no more updates after that

Uninstalled Electra and all tweaks and did a phone reset. Bluetooth works just fine with no problems. installed Electra again and only Electra and still have the same problem that...

well, it seems the new update 1.0.3 has resolved the having to restart blue tooth for my connected devices to work :)
