`erigon import` does not process PoS blocks

closing this is for v2.56.1 - "erigon import" works correctly now on latest v3 versions (we use it in hive tests)

@AskAlexSharov are you running the snapshotter with `SAVE_HEAP_PROFILE=true`? Do you see any logs `[Experiment] heap profile threshold check` and `[Experiment] saving heap profile as near OOM`?

`erigon import` segmentation fault

@alkorang this works on `v2.60.1`. Closing this issue but feel free to re-open if the issue surfaces again.
