Not sure why you are attributing your issue to TACLS 1) I don't see any other complaints about the same issue and the mod has not changed in a while....

After researching the KSP Steam Controller(*), and looking at your log file again, I think you should delete and re-download KSP. You can try the "Verify integrity of game cache"...

This mod does not add a category -- that is a newish feature in KSP -- so another mod has to be adding it, as you seem to have figured...

That is a known and long standing issue. The rewrite that I started was supposed to solve that, but I never finished it :(

For water, would it be better to write a "shower" part module that a part can contain that dictates how much additional water is used? Along with a "laundry" module?...
