Hi @joel72265 , I think renaming `99-static-en.network` file to `10-static-en.network` itself should solve your issue. Could you share from which version of systemd you upgraded it to 247.13-2?
could you pls share the version of `photon-upgrade` rpm used to perform this? If you have logs for the same, kindly share them as well.
@hanscees we currently have openjdk11 11.0.9 version packaged with photon os 4.0. We will update to 11.0.12 which is latest.

We will fix the `/bin/java` path with jdk11 in another patch very soon.
