During performance testing against 21.6 with the M8, M16 & M32 instances (based on Sizing rough estimates sent by Chris) we had issue with the test client failing (Preload step)....

Has this been resolved in testing ... if anything it should be tagged as a negative test.

Issues #298 and #604 are both closed. Is there any other reason this needs to be blocked?
