Remove debug button from projections

This is blocked until we have an alternative for debugging

Issues #298 and #604 are both closed. Is there any other reason this needs to be blocked?

@jageall I think we can close this for now. Projections can still be debugged with the new engine, and we've added the warning about the runtimes being different to the browser.

The debug button can be removed in a new PR when an alternative is in place
