commit b558d0 causing 7%~14% performance degradation for sysbench oltp_update_index workload

It is caused by https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/pull/8357, data from RocksDB 6.4 will trigger bottommost compactions in RocksDB 6.29. Will revert it later.
