We ran into problems where other tools (that consumed the output of the Bazel build) were inspecting the `tsconfig.json` (e.g to figure out what transpilation target they were built for)...
As it says in the error: `clang-format` is missing. Make sure it's in your `$PATH`

The concept is somewhat legitimate in theory, but doesnāt hold up in reality. Blinkās code base has many layers of abstraction (for portability and iteration speed). To compile the streams...
Can you open a PR? Iād be super curious to measure the performance and file size impact. If itās a viable solution, Iām sure we can land it.
