I donāt think we are using prefixes anywhere else so Iād say just call it `filter` for all browsers. I assume @paullewis will stop me if Iām wrong ;)

Changing a transform (even through JS) does not force relayout or repaint in Chrome. The gist by Paul Irish says that `getComputedStyle()` does cause relayout _if_ a transform is set....

Ah interesting. In Canary (M63) I donāt see any paint either. Might be an optimization, but probably nothing to rely on for now. Good catch tho. If it makes it...
