Accessibility of filter field

Hey, just thought I'd raise attention to the couple of accessibility issues with the filter field. The contrast ratio of the default placeholder text against the dark background is only 1.11:1 and extremely difficult to read. Also it seems odd that one must tab through the entire list before reaching the filter field - perhaps that should come before the entire list in the tab order especially as it occurs at the top of the page.
