I don't think recovering episodes is possible. Even within a single file, the elements were shuffled. However, it is possible to extract initial/ending transitions by checking the "step_type". 0 indicates...
I think that's right except `writer.flush()` should be outside the inner loop in favor of performance. Thanks for writing up the issue! It helped me :)
