Clear Functionality Not working As Expected Fixed #307

Now we are able to clear the diagrams successfully , even after reloading we dont see them.

Extended the NVARCHAR(MAX) for MSSQL

 Checked by exporting whether the right query is generating or not. Also checked with mapping of two tables is getting done correctly or not when two fields with NVARCHAR(MAX)...
