Clear Functionality Not working As Expected

Describe the bug When I clear the diagrams from the menu it clears the diagram . Then reload the Page the diagram will be there.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add some tables
2. Select clear from the Edit
3. After clear and confirm . Reload the Page
4. You saw the diagram again there.

But if you clear the tables. And without reloading it you added new tables and start working on it. It will not clear after then.

Expected behavior It should have cleared the diagram completely without storing it anywhere if it is doing so
