It also happens with Quicksy/ https://github.com/inputmice/conversations Call won't connect till I turn off blokada 4/5 on Android v10. I see nothing in the logs.

If this project is ever going to be resumed: may the [XEP-0385](https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0385.html) can be used. Movim uses [bits of binary--XEP 0231](https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0231.html) for its stickers
