Can you build the tracker as a separate executable returning data per `compat/shm`? You can use volatile + C++17 barriers there. I can't really test it due to busted webcam...

What if you just pass `-arch:AVX` and see if there are any particular #defines in the onnx library?

@DaWelter, please see if performance has improved in 2022.3.1. Maybe simply enabling AVX for this one tracker will be enough.

Duplicate of #1264. At this time I'm only available for urgent bugfixes. This is going to last for even a few months.

Why not disable reltrans entirely then? Besides, you can still use the dynamic neck even with it disabled.
