@z3ntu It mostly works but there is still a race condition on the 1st invocation of show_notification that causes the script to crash (and hence still requires a daemon restart)...

FYI still a problem in 560.35.03 and 550.127.05 Had to go back to 535.183.01

One of the errors is being produce by an encrypted EXT4 partition that was created by a clean fedora 42 installation, so I am not really sure what other details...
