Seems like `filterTagNotIn` in export works somehow weirdly - it exports only the namespace, where the tag is and doesn't filter by it.
Do we want to add this as batch operation? We haven't discussed this how it should look like etc.
I think you should only select the keys and then we would have an export modal - the same one as in export, so that the options are the same.
